This policy explains how SolvvSpace Ltd (Company No. 16153942), Bedford, England, collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use Clashd: the app, our website at playclashd.com and our related services. We are the data controller. Clashd is operated from the United Kingdom and we process personal data in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Clashd is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game.
Your display name, email address and a password, which we store only as a secure hash and never in readable form. Your FPL Team ID when you link your team, and the team name and badge that come with it. Anything you send us by email for support, and the team, league and Aside names you choose in the app.
Once you link your team, we read the public information FPL publishes about it: your squad after each deadline, your captain, your points, transfers, chips and the mini-leagues you are in. We use your public FPL Team ID to do this. We never ask for or hold your FPL password.
Device and app information such as platform, app version and approximate region; when you signed in; and diagnostic information that helps us fix faults. Our servers keep short-lived technical logs, which include IP addresses, so we can run the Service securely. If you allow notifications we store a push token for your phone, which identifies the device rather than you personally, and which alerts you have turned on.
When someone imports an FPL mini-league, that league's standings are public information published by FPL. For managers in it who are not Clashd users we deliberately store only their public FPL entry id. We do not store or display their name, team name or score, we never contact them, and the entry id is deleted if they have not joined within 30 days. If one of them signs up and links that team, they are placed into the league automatically and the stored id is removed.
To create and run your account and place you in the competitions you join. To score those competitions from FPL data and publish standings and results within Clashd. To produce Clashd Analysis, including forecasts and comparisons against the managers you play. To send notifications you have asked for and a small number of service messages about your account. To answer support requests, to keep the Service secure and prevent misuse, to improve how Clashd works, and to meet our legal obligations. When subscriptions open, to manage your subscription status.
Performance of a contract: running your account, entering you into competitions, scoring them and providing Analysis. Consent: push notifications and any marketing email, which you can withdraw at any time. Legitimate interests: keeping the Service secure, understanding how it is used, improving it, and placing managers from an imported league into that league, where this does not override your rights. Legal obligation: where we must keep or disclose data to comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the providers that help us run Clashd: Railway, which hosts our servers and database in the European Union; Expo, which delivers push notifications to your phone; Apple and Google, when subscriptions open, for distribution and payment; and the official Fantasy Premier League service, which we read from rather than send your data to. Within Clashd, your team name, badge, scores and results are visible to other members of the competitions you join. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to enforce our Terms, or in connection with a business transfer.
Our servers and database are in the European Union. Where a provider processes personal data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Account data is kept while your account is active and is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period after you close it, unless we must keep something to meet a legal obligation. Competition entries, scores and results are kept while the competition and its historical tables exist, so that past seasons remain accurate. The stored FPL entry id of a manager who has not joined is deleted after 30 days. Push tokens are removed when you log out, turn notifications off or the token stops working. Support emails are kept while needed to deal with the matter and keep a reasonable record.
Subject to the law, you have the right to access a copy of your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to ask us to erase it, to restrict or object to certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email admin@solvvspace.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
You can delete your account in the app under Profile, Delete account. This permanently removes your account, your league entries and your results, and cannot be undone. Limited records may be retained where we must keep them for legal or security reasons.
Clashd is an 18+ service. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes, sessions use signed tokens that expire, and traffic between the app and our servers is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we do tell you promptly if a breach affects your data and the law requires it.
Clashd links to sites and services we do not control, including the official FPL site. This policy does not apply to them, and we suggest reading their own privacy policies.
We may update this policy. The updated version will appear here with a new date, and we will tell registered users about material changes.
