Clashd is a competitive Fantasy Premier League platform operated by SolvvSpace Ltd (Company No. 16153942), registered in England and Wales, Bedford. In these Terms, "Clashd", "we", "us" and "our" mean SolvvSpace Ltd, and "the Service" means the Clashd app, our website at playclashd.com and everything we provide through them. By creating an account you accept these Terms.
Clashd is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Premier League, the Football Association or the official Fantasy Premier League game. Fantasy Premier League data remains the property of the Premier League, and all Premier League and club names and marks belong to their owners.
You must be 18 or over to register, take part in a competition or receive a prize. By creating an account you confirm you are 18 or over, and we may ask for proof of age at any time. One account per person: account sharing, transferring an account and holding more than one account are not allowed. Keep your password secure and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Every Clashd competition is free to enter for the 2026/27 season. There is no entry fee, stake or deposit, and nothing you pay us gives you entry to a competition or a better chance of winning. Prizes are funded by SolvvSpace Ltd from its own resources. The prize for a competition, and how it is split, is published before that competition opens and does not change once it has started. Prizes are paid by bank transfer to verified winners aged 18 or over, at no cost to claim. A prize must be claimed within 28 days of us contacting you, after which it may be forfeited. If we ever introduce paid entry, we will tell registered users in advance and it will not apply to a competition already under way.
Clashd competitions are decided by skill. Results come from a points system built on your Fantasy Premier League performance: team selection, transfers, captaincy, chip timing and gameweek management. Winners are decided by those points, not by chance or a random draw.
To take part you link your team using your public FPL Team ID. We never ask for your FPL password and never sign in to FPL as you. Linking lets us read the public information FPL publishes about your team: your squad after each deadline, your points, transfers, chips and mini-league standings. You may unlink or delete your account at any time in Profile.
Scores come from the official FPL service. Clashd records your net gameweek score, meaning your points after any transfer cost, because several of our competitions are built around transfer discipline. FPL sometimes pauses or changes its data during a gameweek; we update as soon as it is available, and a score may change until FPL marks the gameweek as checked. Head-to-head fixtures are settled once that happens. We may correct a score, a table or a result if it was recorded wrongly, and our decision on scoring, fair play and prize eligibility is final.
Clashd Premier League runs on divisions and weekly head-to-head fixtures. Divisions are sized and named by how many managers are in the league, and tiers open as it grows. Anyone joining part way through is placed in the lowest division and the remaining fixtures are redrawn from the next gameweek. Promotion and relegation run once every division in the league has settled all of its fixtures: two up and two down, unless we publish something different before a cycle begins.
You may import an FPL mini-league you run or have permission to run. When you do, we read that league's public standings from FPL. Managers who are not on Clashd are never named or displayed: we store only their public FPL entry id so we can place them if they join, and we delete it if they have not joined within 30 days. An imported group plays for bragging rights only. Clashd does not collect, hold or distribute money between members, and you must not run a member-funded pot through a Clashd league. If a fee applies to importing a league, that fee is for the Clashd service. It is not a charge for entry to your FPL mini-league, which remains free, unaffected and a matter between you and the Premier League. We may remove an imported league that breaks these Terms.
Clashd Analysis is our paid product, free for everyone while Clashd is in preview. When subscriptions open, they are sold through the App Store or Google Play, and the price, billing period and any free trial are shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, a free trial becomes a paid subscription unless you cancel before it ends, and you manage or cancel a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account rather than here. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Analysis includes forecasts: informed estimates of what players and teams may score, based on public data. They are not predictions of what will happen, they will often be wrong, and every decision you make with your FPL team is your own.
With your permission we send push notifications such as deadline reminders, alerts when a player you captained is a doubt, and your results. You can turn any of them off in Profile or in your phone's settings. We also send a small number of service emails about your account, which you cannot opt out of while you hold an account.
Do not use more than one account, attempt to manipulate scores or standings, interfere with the Service or the systems it runs on, scrape or resell our data, or use the Service to break the law. Team names, league names and anything else you can type must not be offensive or infringe anyone's rights, and we may rename or remove them. Breaking this section may cost you your prize eligibility and your account.
The Clashd name, logo, design, text, software and the analysis we produce belong to SolvvSpace Ltd. You may use them within the Service, but not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.
Clashd is an 18+ platform and every competition is free to enter, so you never stake your own money. You can self-exclude at any time in Profile. If your participation is becoming harmful, email admin@solvvspace.com and consider contacting a responsible-gambling support organisation.
You can stop using Clashd at any time and delete your account in Profile, which removes your account and its data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, and we may stop offering the Service or any competition, in which case we will tell registered users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.
The Service is provided as is and as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free, that FPL data will always be available or correct, or that any forecast will be accurate. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data, or your standing in Fantasy Premier League or any Clashd competition. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or £20.
You agree to cover claims, losses and costs we incur because you misused the Service or broke these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
We may change the Service and these Terms. We will post the updated Terms here with a new date, and for material changes we will tell registered users. Continuing to use Clashd after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory protections of the country where you live.
